Knowledge of: Client–server applications; setup and configuration of content management and delivery platforms e.g. Apache on cloud-hosted virtual Linux machines.
Physical Network Installation
Cables, racks, switches, PoE, mesh Wi‑Fi. Cable installation and custom routing in/through walls; terminating cables for server/router/wall faceplates; punching into rack ends for large setups; network infrastructure diagnostics and optimisation.
Workstation (PC)
Windows (7–11 x64): Intel/AMD ATX system builds, hardware install/test/replace, cabling, network boot and image deployment, local and remote security policy management, remote application deployment and management, system environment migration to new hardware, error handling and debugging from low level (boot, runtime, access) to high (process, image, thread, stack), network resource installation (printing, shared storage), storage and backup solutions (NAS, cloud/virtualization, RAID at various levels).
Security
Local machine, workstation, network, and server security policies — setup, auditing, and testing. Identity infrastructure and Active Directory domain services. Creation of applications with scanning technology using 60+ top anti-malware engines simultaneously via cloud resources.
